Dublin City (to me) ranks 2nd below Edinburgh as one of the nicest cities I've been to (hehe). Typical like many cities in the Europe, bridges joins the 2 parts split by a river. Dotted in between the modern buildings are traditional churches, older buildings, even a castle..
Dublin at a glance
One of my favourite places in Dublin is Trinity College.. I think it would be a dream to study in a place as beautiful as this (kinda envious of the students walking in and out of there, staring at us tourists marvelling at the beauty of the place they are so priveleged to study in)
Hmph.. lucky spider.. stays in Trinity College compound:PWe had enough time to venture abit outside Dublin as well to the more outskirt-y parts.. Kinda reminds of of Isle of Skye with the hills, and beautiful lakes, but one of the more exciting things we saw there was an old monastery/graveyard with stories about how they lived during and after the viking times :) ooooo
Don't miss the opportunity to visit the Guinness Stout Brewery if u have time.. It is here that Guinness was found and started:) Was never a beer fan, and still isnt even after the visit :P but oh well.. all for the experience..
